i put the belt on and the accelation alot smother but only went up road so not sure ontop end yet ill go out l8er and ill tell u

yer it added a throw miles to clock but not fully worn in yet
what size jet should i have in my ped
fully derestricted
tt exhaust with zx silencer (derestricted)
5.7g rolers
tighter clutch spring
polini kelver drive belt
red air filter sponge (mossoli)

I HAVE A PIAGGIO NRG L/C 2000 AND ITS REALLY FAST FOR A STANDARD DOING 56 BUT I GOT LIGHTTT ROLLERS SO MY TAKE OFF SMOKES PPL.
APRILIA RS50 IS DA FASTEST STANDARD 50CC ITS REALLY QUICK

Hi i have a 2000 whic is a W plate Max Biaggio aerox which i know has been de-restricted n does 48mph but it has a standars exhaust on it.. ( i have had 55mph out of it)
I was wondering how much faster it would go with a new can and what the best to buy would be?
Also are there any other parts people can think of to add to maz it go any faster as i have recently upgraded the cooling system n replace all panels and the stand...???
If anyone could help me out please i would appreciate it....

ive got a gilera runner sc derestricted and with a laser exhust upjetted and different rollers and have had 70 out of it with a digital speedo

ANY ONE WITH A YBR 125 CHANGE THE SPROCKETS AND IT WILL DO 90MPH AS MINE DOES.

hi i got a 2002 piaggio zip, been slightly de-restricted at carb,and has a leo vince tt race pipe on it, im going to get a 70cc kit for it,do you know anything else i could do to make it faster? and how fast do u think it would go with the 70 kit in?? many thanks

theres lots of stuff you can do to make it faster just depends on how far you wana go. And a 70 kit wont make much difference to the top end but accel, mid range and hill speeds will be alot better. for better top end you need gear up kit variator etc and dnt forgert you should get a bigger carb with a 70 kit

hiya m8 i have an aprillia sr 50 just had it de ristricted with the arrow race can exhaust n it goes 60 i am now going to get the washer outof the variator and the rollersdone asthe rollers that are initare too heavy and makes it slower on opull off many thanx alan

its a piaggio zip 2002 uhm i got a sports exhaust on it de-restricted at the carb and exhaust pulls away like *!#%!@! : ) top end round about 58 mph so not too bad

i had it bout 4 months been on the road for bout 1 its a piaggio zip : )
58mph sports exhaust, de restricted exhaust and carb. what ped/bike you got then? u got msn? : )

build- peugeot
the best 3 around without a doubt *!#%!@ the rest oh and yamaha arnt too bad

Hey with the arrow exhaust u put on your aprilla did it come without the restriction pin in or did u have to de-restrict it?
N does it comew ith instruction to remove if it come with it i just bought one for a Yamaha AAerox Max Biagio it does 45mph restricted

yep, there will be a weld situated at the top end of the pipe where it joints on to the engine wotever lol...and yeah u have to drill that out and remove the weld as it restricts the amount of downforce, drilled my out and it does 55mph, with it on before i was pushing 43

Is tht weld hard to get put mate cuz i have no exhaust n need my bike for work n i only have an hour spare wud it b fixable in tht time at all?
Cuz im pushing 45mph atm but i cant use bike for work if i use any speed atm so how much u reckon id loose fromt ht can with the weld in?

well mate to get the weld out too me and my mate about 3-4 hours as it is a mutha *!#%!@ of a weld! really strong but if u hack away at it with a drill or even a small rounded grinder inside the pipe,but be careful not to damage the pipe in any way.....once you have done that you should reach speed of around 50-55
