right, i have just spent £734 roughly on tuning up my 50cc
its a piaggio zip
mods....
malossi 80cc kit
malossi clutch
malossi variator
heavier rollers!(top speed)
bigger jets (carb)
bigger carb (19mm)
it also runs on fully synth oil
and it reaches 86mph on the flat, 89 down hill

i thinking of putting a sports clutch in then putting heavier rollers
heavier roller for top end and clutch for accelation
was thinking of a polini variator

I have Gilera DNA 50, i can get just over 50 mph with a leo vince tt pipe, i just wondered which rollers would be the best to increase my acceleration but at the same time keep my top speed?

about 5.5 to 6 proberly
i have a zip with tt exhaust with 5.7 and have great accelation top end is like 53 clock by digital speedo not bad

well i have a aerox and it does 60mph on road angel, restricted on standard pipe bearin in mind it is 100cc wot should i do to it and how fast u recon they go wb please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

hi ive just brought a vivacity an tuned it it runs of a customised 100cc big bore kit its only a 50cc and superbike performance exhaust flat out its goes 85+ an downhill goes 90 its a crazy when tuned

Mmmmmm Most of my mates have either Runners or NRG's i have just purchased a NRG brand new i have to pick it up next week sometime i believe, as for the fastest ped! i have a mate with a typhoon that does 85 down a steep hill, and a friend joe who's nrg flys and does bout 70 on flat but sounds like its going to go bang lol i no a reasonable amount about peds ive herd that bore kits blow peds up and air filters do aswell (more air makes the engine run hotter) meaning it may blow i will probably only de restrict my moped maybe put a technigas pipe on it not sure yet.

you can runn a ped on a big bore for long time and have sports air filter but you need to up jet to suit and it will run fine but drinks nuff fuel

u can make go faster as it is mate, just take the exhaust of and in the end where it joins to the engine there will be a weleded plate just inside drill tht out and you will get another 10mph easy of of your bike...
:P
tht is the cheapest way...
have to say im living u 50cc guys now though im selling both my yamaha aerox and aprilia rs 50 and upgrading i got a rs 125 and also a 250 sat on my drive...

wella rrow is by far the best exhaust cost a fair bit more than most but i recommend them, and have u tried ebay, if not any bike dealership will sell u one but ur looking to spend £120 on one mate, but it will only give u 5 miles an hour more if u drill it out ontop of ur drilled out biek exhaust u have ok?
