well mate i have a 2000 aerox n just derestricted arrow exhaust gives me 55 n on a long straight i can manage 60 but tht is really thrashing my biek so i sit at 50 usually :)

50cc are ok btu y not just get a 125 guys i mean y not wait n get a rs125 n tune tht then u got soem serious power n speed like i have :)

Hi I have a Malaguti Drakon its rapid ive only derestricted it and i can have 55-60 at a push on the straight but it will sit happily at 55 i was wondering weather there is anything else i can do to speed it up even more like a sports exhaust do these actually make much difference and if i upjetted the carb after getting the sports exhaust would this give me any more speed thanks

because when you are 16 you can have a 50cc swisshy. and by the way although rs125's are quick bikes. they are poorly made, and after about 6 months your big ends gone if you havent already had to buy an engine rebuild. and thats likely to set u back about 700+
|

after adding a racing exhaust you are always better off upgrading your jets anyway. but yeah they should give it a bit more speed but nothing more than 10mph. have a look at some big bore kits for it, but make sure you get a racing crankshaft with it too so the engine can take the extra power. try mineralli kits they work perfect with the malaguti engines.

you can have a rs50 though..
and u only need a engine rebuild if u rag ur bike ive had one nearly 2 years mate with my aerox n it hasnt needed rebuild it is full derestricted...
however i need a hand i have a spare rs125 n it starts lovely but when u put it into gear it free wheels what u reckon is up with it?

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY FREE WHEELING MATE?
DO YOU MEAN JUST SPINNIN ON ITS OWN IF THATS WHAT IT IS YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW CLUTCH SPRING OR YOUR REVS ARE TOO HIGH.

well mate my mate has it atm soi cant check left at his mum was moaning another bike at home..
but honestly worst case situation what could it be and hpow much to repair it..
its a P reg bike and has been standing for some while like 6 months i think cuz of issue n only jusrt got cash to fix it so my bro can use it :)

TO BE HONEST THE WORST IT COULD BE IS THE CLUTCH SPROING AND THAT ISINT THAT MUCH TO DO.. I DO MINE MYSELF BUT IF U TAKE IT TO A SCOOTER SHOP THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHATS EXACTLY WRONG WITH IT IM ONLY GUESSIN FROM WHAT IVE HEARD HOPE THIS HELPS

cheers mate i did do this over the fone n the guys think it a gearbox issue cuz it free wheels wen u select gear?
but i dunno what u reckon it would cost to repair n is it a esy job as my bro had he honda cg stolen u see and he has no bike now and it hought id help beens the rs is just sitting round int he garage, well was.

Hi yeh i think i will get a sports exhaust but i dont fancy getting a big bore kit though is there anything else that would give it a bit more speed as well as the sports exhaust and is there any airfilters that give the bike a bit more of a throaty sound or is that to do with something else cheers

Hi i ahve a W 2000 aerox..
died ont he way home alst night, had to walk 6mile, its not the eninge or starter motor etc.. bt making horrible noises and taking the engine cover off makes it worse?
maybe the roller u think?
if so how do i get the finned wheel off i have no money to take my bike to the garage?
anyone got easy ways to do it?

im 40 and have a ts50erk it got a 70cc bore kit full power pipe
iv'e done some work to the barrel it has a 21mm carb now does 65mph
not full throttle with me on it im 15 stone. Does 50 mph with 2 people
on it not full throttle

i just bought a 2001 aprilia sr replica with a 03 engine (4000km (woohoo)), new fairing, leo vinci RR exhuast, mallosi variator kit with rollers and springs, new tires, all the old parts and accessories and a spare engine, £450!!!!!!!! well impressed! pulls 65 and its only a 50cc, mite get a bore kit but not sure if i can be arsed!!! got all the old fairing if anyone is interested, pretty good condition but a few scratches and scrapes here and there lol. make me an offer!!!

Hi i have a Malaguti Drakon and want to make it go a bit faster without buying a big bore kit i know i can get a Leo vince v6 exhaust for it but will that make much difference does an air filter make any difference if so what one should i get can anyone recommend one to me would an upgrade of my reed valve make any difference to if so what one should i get please help me as i cant seem to find a website with performance parts for the Drakon cheers

get the exhaust, and upjet your carb about 5-10 sizes, should give u a bit more speed, if that aint enough get a k&n style air filter and upjet the carb again by 3-4 sizes.
