Hello Sam. Thinking of you. Just remember he had a lovely life with you. How old is he? I know how you must be feeling as we had to do the same with Tasha as she had a tumour in her mamory gland and I couldn't watch her suffer anymore. How is Sky doing? Take care. God bless. Juliexx

Oh Sam im so so sorry to hear about George, im am thinking of you, sending all my love to you all and if you need a chat or wanna come over and see me or meet up somewhere, you are more than welcome too. Hope George enjoyed his chicken this morning.

if it should be that i grow weak and pain should keep me from my sleep, then u must do what must be done for this last battle cant be won,,you would not want me to 2 suffer so please let me go , if it can be take me in your arms and talk to me please stay with me till the end ,, one fault a english bull has they break our hearts 2 say goodbye xxxxx

Hi Hayley. Tell us more about your ebt. What colour is he, whats his name etc. I have a 4 year old red and white bitch called Milly. She is the love of our life. I am looking after a friends bullie this week too, his name is Max and is about 18 months old, brindle and white and he is so sweet. I live in Bristol, what part of the country are you? Julie

Hi i have had two english bulls in the past. The first one died of total allergy syndrome and was allergic to everything. We tried for 18months to keep him alive but sadly nothing worked. My second had epilepsy and died at 4 after a huge fit.
We now have a dogue de bordeaux and he is brill but again, like my other babies, has had loads of operations and and is a regular at the vets. I am thinking of getting a playmate for him and always wanted another english bull. What do you all think about them mixing with other dogs? I have looked at all information on net and it does state that they dont mix well with other dogs? I never had a problem with the two when we walked out but im not sure what they are like living with another dog. I didnt want a girl but my ripley is a boy and everyone suggests getting opposite sexes if you have 2 dogs.
Advice/knowledge required, thanks.

Hi Tallula fea. Sorry to hear about your ebts that died. How old is your dogue de bordeaux? I cannot see any reason why you cannot have a bullie, if you get a puppy they should get on fine. It would probably be best to get a bitch. Julie

Hi sam, I feel so sorry for your loss. Bruno is our first ebt, he is 16mnths old. They do take over your life and become one of the family. We have had a spinger spaniel in the past, we still have a 13yr old jack russel. Nothing comes close to an ebt, they are like having another child. I am sure George is now at peace with no pain and making new friends at rainbow bridge. When you have grieved for George you will know when the time is right to get a playmate for Sky. kim and brunoxxx

Hi Tallula fea, sorry to hear the bad luck you have had with your previous ebts. How unlucky is that to loose two of them. I have seen pics of the dog you have now, they are lovely. I would definetly get a bitch to go with him though. If you do you want to make sure they are properly introduced to each other. I have a 13yr old jack russel who is a male dog and Bruno, I have to keep them apart. Bruno wants to play all the time and the jack russel doesnt, they end up fighting. I have to keep them seperate all the time. Let us know what you decide.
