Hi big bear, can you give me any recommendations on what weight rollers and what size jets to use on the ice. I have a MHR 70cc kit, MHR crankshaft, MHR bearings, MHR manifold, and being fitted with MHR race exhaust. Malossi delta clutch, gear up kit, torque driver, kevlar belt, variator, cdi, race reed blocks, 21mm carb, race air filter, boost bottle.

HI,YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE 4.4 OR 4.2 ROLLERS BUT NO LIGHTER,USE A 78 JET OR 80,. I MYSELF WOULD USE THE 3X4.4 AND 3X4.2 ROLLERS PUT IN EVERY OTHER ONE IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND THE 80 JET,HAVE FUN BIG BEAR.

yea thx tht rle helped. wt sorta reeds do i need cz u cn buy a reed valve block and reed petals :S nd one sorta one would i need i.e. different material its made out of. wt size main jet shud i get? i believe an ice has a 56 (if it has a dell'orto slide carburettor) or a 60 (if it has a weber slide carburettor) hw wud i kno which one i gt? its 03 if thts any help :S thx 4 ya help big bear and yea an ice meeting sounds gd.

HI,YOUR BEST BET IS TO BUY A DOPPER S2R INLET VALVE BLOCK AND NEVER REPLACE IT OR ANY PART OF THE UNIT, THE COST £24.99 ,YOU CAN BUY THIS FROM THE VERY HELPFULL ADRENALIN GUY I TRUST, WITH AT THE MOMENT VERY CHEAP JETS,THINKING ABOUT JETS ALL THE 03 ICES I HAVE WORKED ON HAVE HAD THE DELL'ORTO CARB WITH A 6MM SIZE 56 JET,IF YOU BUY THE INLET VALVE UNIT THEN USE A 68 JET,I HOPE THIS HELPS,BIG BEAR.

If your organising a ride out try have it in wales, i live in Dublin so would need to travel.

Hello mi name is miles and i have a gilera ice with a Mallosi vx racing pipe and 5.5 gram rollers and a mallosi red air filter and mine goes 57mph and thats top end and down marlow hill it goes 65mph

hi i have recently fitted a 70cc big bore kit to my ice and am having a few problems. the bike runs nicely and i am currently running it in. when i was riding home tonight the engine suddenly stoped and all my lights went out. i quickly restarted the bike with no problems but about 20meters down the road it did it again. i decided that running it in at 40mph may be to fast so i slowed down to 30. the bike seemed to run fine then. i have not yet ran the big bore kit at full revs because its only about 15miles into the running in process. have i alredy ruined the kit or is this usual running in behavior? the engine also sounds a bit rattely at the moment.
any help is much apreciated!
