HI,I CAN TELL YOU THE ICE YOU HAVE IS RESTRICTED,SEE THE CUBE FROM THE EXHAUST THE THIN ONE IN YOUR PICTURE, IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND IN SIDE AT THE START OF THE EXHAUST YOU WILL NEED TO ALSO REMOVE THE WASHER WITH A SCREW DRIVER,AND THEN IT WILL GO FASTER,ALSO TAKE THE CRANK CASE OFF AND REMOVE THE ROLLERS OUT AND THEN YOU WILL SEE THE TWO BLACK PLASTIC WASHER,TAKE THEM OUT,AND THEN YOU WILL HIT 50MPH+I HOPE THIS HELPS,BIG BEAR

Big bear has beaten me to it, as i thought its still restricted, that pipe you can see coming off the exhaust needs to be cut.

big bear thanks for the help but where is the crank case ? and where is the cube on the exhaust ?

A sport exhaust will eliminate the need to de-restrict the exhaust but the restrictor in the variator still needs to come out. just bring it in to a garage and they will de-restrict it. The crank case is the engine casing on the side were the exhaust is.

HI THE CRANKCASE IS WHAT IS ATTACHED TO THE BACK WHEEL WHAT YOU WOULD CLASS AS THE ENGINE.

thanks for the info i think i will just buy a exhaust kit the ones that come with the variatior rollers and the clutch springs for £120 is that worth it would you say ?

Ya but ya would get more power out of a 70kit and its cheaper.

but also i have to put it threw m.o.t so i just want to pass that then drop a 70 cc kit in it. i have purchased some clutch springs for 4 pounds lol and what variator rollers would you recommend for my ice ? i was thinking something to make it accelerate faster like a 7.5 gram or something

You have to do M.O.T on bike's in england..... *!#%!@, 7.5g is wat id always been recommended, but if u want faster acceleration go lower in the weights. Heavier weights = more speed Lighter weights = more accaleration

HI,7.5 WILL BE TO HEAVY,YOU WILL NEED TO USE 5.4 ROLLERS,I HOPE THIS HELPS, BIG BEAR.

hey what will the 5.4 do ? because i want a bit of acceleration and a bit of top end speed ? what is 5.4 best for ?

I use Malossi everything, so id go with them, 5.4 would give a bit of both.

Hi Big Bear need big help, im still havin probs getting da scoot right. Tried diff rollers but just seems to have no power, with 4.7 quick take off but once it got to 30 or so no more power would come, with 8.4 no takeoff at all just flat. What wrong? Why no power?

hi there this my gilera ice 70cc molos with all the kit and dose about 65mph had it a year and and had 2 head on's in london and now upgradin 2 a 125 air cooled sr .dose ne 1 know if the 172 bore will fit in and wot has to be done about the wireing
