Hello, i have just brought another pram to add to my collection, however i have decided to re-paint it a different colour and sell it on, the only problem is that im a bit undecided as to what colour, any ideas? I like deep red or a cadbury's purple. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. Thankyou. Jo

Hi there, i have an old silver cross coach built pram with a few bumps and scratches. Does anyone know if these can be fixed at a garage and resprayed? Could they cover the coach lines before it was sprayed?. Does the interior have to come out to have this done?. I live in Scotland and i don't know who to ask. Any help woud be great.

some of the 40's / 50's ones had small wheels. Someone put on here about a museum, Jack Hampshire's try contacting them maybe send email a photo. I'm sure an expert will be able to identify it straight away.

Hi tyra, i looked into having that done for my pram and was quoted £150!! But if you have a steady hand buy some filler primer, and car spray paint from halfords that matches the pram colour and do it yourself, it is a lot easier. Halfords even have a how to guide. I didn't take out the interior but covered it really well with newspaper and masking tape, and if some paint does get onto the interior it should come out with warm water. As for the coachlines, you can get some really fine masking tape and cover them, or look around for a script who will paint them on or someone that can put a transfer on, i.e van writing. Hope this helps. All the best, Jo

Hi Jo, thanks so much for your kind reply and i will go to halfords to see what i can get. If i get to worried about doing it myself i can maybe take the body to a garage to get their advice. The pram is a lovely large wilson mulliner and i would love to get it looking like new again. I can't thank you enough, Take care.
