Just an up date hope everyone that askede for assembly instructions and owners manual has received them As per bulbs blowing had words with suppliers and they sent me a new regulator and cdi put reg in and lights seem o k now just waiting to find out about rev counter and speedo regards TERRYH
can anyone tell me how to De-restrict the bike and were the cdi is
CHECK PAGES 8 AND 9 FOR D REGULATING C D I SHOULD BE LOCATED WTH THE BATTERY SMALL BLACK BOX WITH WIRES COMING OUT SEE PHOTO REGARDS TERRYH
do u have to buy a new cdi unit or can u do somthing to the original Adverts Currently On Preloved - Place an ad here for free
You can buy new ones on ebay from £8 to £25 but see below if there is only 5 wires going into the cdi ,then there is no restriction on it ,if there is 6 then the grey with a white trace needs to be removed. check what colour the connector if brown restricted if green pos not. I had a picture of this if i can find it I will post it. REGARDS TERRYH
Hi I have purchased a scooter which has no rectifier, and the plug has been cut off, so i have no idea which wire goes to which pin. Can anyone help with instructions or a photo ? Ian
Just another update company I bought it from supplied new regulator new cdi new speedo rev counter assembly now lights not blowing speedo works and rev couter works so I cannot say bad things about suppliers as they replaced non working parts A THANK YOU TO THEM chinese supplers from e bay regards to everyone TERRYH
OIL SUGESTED IS A GOOD SE or SD in API classifi-cation.of SAE15W-40 REGARGS TERRYH
Could you please send me a copy of the user manual, it would be really helpful, I am having a problem with it, it goes alright, not feeling right untill it warms up, then it beginds that awful "fu-fu-fu-fu-fu" noise, then it dies. does anyone know the valve clearance needed because I understand they can self tighten.
