HI, I own a Kinroad XT 50 and i when i changed into third gear the leaver that goes into the gearbox broke! It happened to my freinds xt 50 aswell! If any knows how i could fix this problem or if it happened to you please let me know. Thanks.

Hi a straight tru or race exhaust will make no difference to performance...

Hi i have a kinroad xt50 and its a great bike, does about 45mph. The only real probablem when its wet it becomes very unreliable however a waterproof spark plug cover should do the trick. You have to watch out for the valves in the cylinder head as they tend to self tighten, making the bike become slow and eventually wont start, this is easy to cure. I go to college on mine everyday and it has always got me there and back.

kinroad xt50 chppers are so slow can anyone tell me how to get it to go faster without changing the head ?

hi, i also have the same problem with my st50, could you please give me directions on how to fix the valves on this bike.

hi, yes i have also had this same problem with mine. The engine ran at veryvery low revs and evtnually cut out, i took it to my local garage where they solved it!

they are excellent bikes if looked after, i have derestricted mine but only by the electronics, if you change the sprocket and tune the engine it will be impressive. I have been followed at 50+ mph and is an excellent bike...i am selling mine as i am looking for something bigger!

Hi,
I have had my kindroad xt50 since october and have had nothing but problems.
1. the carbaretta isnt properly covered so in the rain water gets in and you wont be able to get anywhere.
2.Valve clearance they had to be loosened up.
3.the chain needed tighening all the time.
4.the spark plug has had to be replaced several times even though i have only gone 800km.
5.the bearings in the steering where all broken so had to replace them.
6.theres a switch on the stand which when the stand is down the bike cannot start that was a pain as sometimes even when up it wouldnt start because of it.
mines a kinroad xt50gy and i was looking for a geared 50cc as i didnt like moped and these are very hard to find so when i saw one i took it and i have been so dissapointed but maybe its just my one and the other ones are genrally ok but i know im never getting a kinroad again.

cant help with the de restrictin but am thinking of but one (kinroad xt50-18) what are your views on the bike? how long have you had it? what the performance like?

are u saying if i change the cdi and sprocket and tune the engine it will go more then 50mph have u done theis or did u just change the cdi to get it to go 50mph

nice bike bit rataly gose 30ishmph geting a full power cdi for mine toled it will go more then 50mph
