Hi Jordzzz. I had a problem with my indicators. They came on but would not flash. The problem was that the indicator relay had been removed. It's found under the seat of the chopper. I got one from Halfords and it now works fine. Do your indicators light up and stay on or do they not work at all?

hi all, am new to this forum, but have been following it with great interest especially the de-resticting info. my daughter has an xt50gy, which we got 2nd hand on an 06 plate. any info regarding servicing / manuals etc would be much appreciated. [Log in to view email] would it worth de-restricting, as i noticed a previous posting mentions the engine is based on the honda c50/c70/c90 bikes of the eighties. could we not just replace with one of these? also, does anyone know where we can get spare body panels, as its been dropped at some point and some of the left hand fairing is damaged. other than being a little slow - 28/30 mph, it seems to be a good bike, but have noticed that bits 'drop off' if not tightened daily. lastly, is it possible to fit a tacho, and if so, from which bike? thanks jamie

hi terryh, im new on here an hav jus bout an xt50gy new for my 16 yr old son.hav managed to assemble correctly i think but cant get it to start, is there any chance you could email me a copy of the assembly pls as i wasnt sent any instructs with bike. cheers mark.email is [Log in to view email]

its a wonderfull bike, i really love it now it just rules 60 km/h standard.
but you can buy a standard 110 cc kitgrtz jeff

hi, i have a kinroad gy and i was wandering if anyone knew if there was a restricter in the exhaust.
if there is any restriction how do i take it out and what sort of increase in speed will i get?

dannyi also think my speedo may be about 3/5 mph out. does anyone know how to solve this, any help would be appreciated, thanks again

please can you supply user manual as bloody bike wont fire up no spark need details to check wiring

hi terry.
wonder if you can help.
my son has just 16 and has a kinroad superbike rfx50. not sure if its the same as an xt50. the problem we have is the revs are ok in 1st and 2nd gears. as soon as its put in 3rd or 4rth the revs drop and there is no power. cdi has 5 wires, carbs are clean.
cant find any help on internet and no where to get a manual. do you or anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem.

hey can anyone help me i got a kinroad xt50 18 and if cold electric or kick start does not work has to be bumped which involves in me running it up and down the road like a nutter starts fine again once warmed up the n soons as it is cold again back to square 1 and any 1 know what can do to get more power out of it got un restrected cdi and bored the inlet manifold

hi there again havent been on in a while wondering does anyone have a engine and carb as mine is foobared i thin i over reved a bit and it lost all compression basicly trying to go as fast as i cold and bike didnt like it. other wise i may take it apart for bits and sell them as it is in good nic body pannels ect i think thats the only way to get some of my money back its a red xt50gy 57 reg (clear indicators ) drop me an email for parts

hey, why not drop the honda lump in there, its a straight forward fit if i remember correctlytbh i dont thiknk you'll get that much for spares

Hey I have found a way to get an extra 10 mile an hour of out this things tank cut the exhaust at both ends and rip out all the pipes and baffle and put in a straight piece of baffle pipe and weld back together it worked for me mine now is pushing over 60 mph
