hi do you still use this site. im looking for a keycode fora ford 2006 rds serial number m124600, part number 93fb-18k876-gb. the number on the top of the radio is 4730 but the buttons only go 1 top 6. it would be great if you could help me. aston

I have a Ford 2006 RDS radio and unfortunatley lost the keycode-card. The radio's serial-number is M191803. The product-no is 94FP-18K876-FA
Can anybody please help me?

i'm guessing there isn't a way of getting the code without the serial number? i'm not exactly the handiest of people and would have to find someone to remove the radio to find out the serial... would appreciate any input! cheers

no ime afraid the serial number is needed there are tool sold cheaply on ebay that are easy to use if your radio has four holes as the picture you will need these

you just push the pins in either side firmly and the unit will pull out

hey! well i decided to get on my knees and look all round the back of the radio and stick my head where everyones smelly feet have been to see if i could see anything! luckily i did so don't need to take it out!
serial number is M303013
part number 93FB-18K876-GB
(model number 2006)

Im afraid Im another one begging a code if possible. Mine has a slight twist in that I have the code in my handbook, 8487, but it isnt working and Im on my sixth go! I wonder if it has been reset?
Model is 5000 RDS and serial number M137695
Thanks for any help offered.
By the way, to remove I simply kept a firm outward pulling pressure on the casing with the fingertips of my left hand my whilst pushing each of the springs in the holes to the side one after the other, with my right hand, using a very thin 3" long screwdriver. Worked 3rd go.
