Hi, slightly different problem, I've just bought a puma for my wife and the stereo is asking for a code, I've got the code but when I press the preset number buttons nothing is happening, any help would be much appreciated.Gary

steeleez, try leaving the ignition ON with the radio OFF for 1 hour , should reset it that way, cheers, gordon.

I have two problems,the first is the code to the stereo,serial number c067230.
The second is that i've entered in the wrong code a few times and now it's frozen and wont let me turn it off or enter any codes in at all,any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

unplug it for 1 hour or so then reconnect try the code if its 3 digit then 726 if four then it could be either 0126 or 8766

Thanks for replying so quickly.I tried disconnecting the power supply from the back of the radio and left it unplugged over night but when i re-connected it it's still frozen and wont let me enter any numbers,do you have any other ideas i could try? Thanks.
