HI
Just returned from Belizia. Great holiday, question about towels. All towels supplied in your rooms and changed every day if you wish. Also you will be given a card for each member of your party which you exchange at the pools for pool towels. When you return the towel at the end of the day you get your card back. Hope this helps.

Hello,

Just returned from Belizia and had a fantastic holiday despite having Tonsilitis. Got 1st Class medical treatment from on-site doctor and was better within 24 hours! Resort and rooms very clean and food was of a high standard, however if we'd been there for 2 weeks we would probably have got bored with menu. Resort was quiet when we were there so no problem getting sunbeds, queing for food etc. Beer is Tuborg, pool towels are provided and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Would recommed trying both A La Carte restaurants (1 Turkish + 1 Itallian) as these are included in holiday. You have to pay for drinks in mini-bar & we had no problem taking drinks to our room (a waiter has to carry them for you for a small tip). Resort has 4 pools, 1 indoor & 1 has 3 water slides which are good fun. You can go through reception and use lift to get to restaurants if don't fancy the steep hills!! My 5 year old enjoyed the mini disco and annimation team were good fun; we didn't use the mini club but other kids seemed to be having a great time. Recommend having turkish bath, but you have to pay extra if you want oil massage. Good to go on Dolmus into Bodrum as there are bargains galore and don't be frightened to haggle! Very good for leather goods and gold. Definate international feel to resort and would strongly recommend Belizia especially for the fantastic sea views.

A very enjoyable holiday.....

also returned 05/06. had fantastic holiday. staff very helpful and friendly. views are spectacular and i enjoyed the food but kids a little disappointed that burgers, chips, hot dogs etc finished at 4pm. bodrum market on tuesdays worth a visit to get loads of bargains. dolmus goes straight there for about 50p. pools are great and always lots of activities going on at the bottom pool ie. darts, football, volleyball. if you join in be prepared to be thrown into the pool.

We have just returned from the Belizia and had a really good two weeks. The good points were: no security stopping you from taking drinks to room, pool towels supplied, cushions now on sunbeds (arrived the second week), all hotel rooms and half of the blocks have lovely refurbished rooms (ours was the best we have ever had) - the rooms at the top of the hotel are a bit grotty but not that bad, staff were very friendly and were always asking if you wanted drinks bought to your table (very good considering you didn't tip them), big cushion/beanbags at the beach to lay on, Iced water at the beach bar, waterslides are very good and not at all busy, watersport man very nice and joined us on a few evenings for a drink - take a trip to Black Island for a couple of hours because it is a nice trip. The Spa is really good - the gym is very up to date, squash courts, sauna and Turkish Bath (£25 for a peel and massage which was well worth it. Also an indoor pool. There is also a games room which the kids loved and it was all free - pool tables, table tennis, bar football. The teenage kids all met down there in the evenings and had a great time without having to keep asking for money from us. The downside was the amount of steps (which you never get used to - 112 from the pool to the beach), food was alright but most of the cooked meals were not very hot to start with and by the time you had queued up for chicken etc and then got something else everything was cold. The shop is very, very expensive. If your kids want lilo's or rings take them with you - ours cost £18 each and didn't last a couple of days. Also chocolate and sweets very expensive. We didn't make it to the evening shows because they were held in the ampitheatre which was a long way to walk. Bars outside the Italian Restaurant and the pool bar are a bit quiet in the evenings - don't know where everyone disappears to!

On the whole we had a really good two week holiday and would tell you all to stop worrying now about the hotel - you can't have everything but this was one of the best hotels we have been too. If anyone would like to know anymore details please ask.

Hey Steve, we looked everywhere for you - we probably saw you more than once but cause we don't know what you look like we weren't too sure! We had a good time, but everything dramatically improved the last 2 days we were there cause it was going into season, they put cushions on the sunbeds when we had done without all holiday!!! And they started doing entertainment!
