Hi Annie
It's nice to hear from you. We arrived back from Side yesterday we stayed at the Hotel Hemera. It was fantastic especially compared to last year. We've already booked to go again next year. Hope you and your family have a brilliant holiday, let me know how you get on when you come back.

Hi there,
going to Club Belizia end of May 06.
Looking forward to it, but not sure if all the entertainment will be on then?
Also, bit worried about room, booked a twin for 2 adults and 1 child, and hope that the room won't be small and child bed a put u up!
Noticed in brochure it says twin rooms are low rise rooms in grounds.
Do you have any photos of the twin rooms, and info on when entertainment programme is at full swing?
Thanks Kaz

Hi there, well im new to this. I have just found this site as i am booked with my family to stay here the end of May and just viewed Steves photos and I am really excited about going.
I am booked in a 1 bedroom family apt. 2 ad 2 kids. Do i need to request any thing. I said i would like a sea view but i think i will need to upgrade to have that. What room numbers are best? I have read on holidays uncovered that i need to request a 4000/5000 room so i did. Is this a good idea? Can anyone give me any advise on rooms. I think the upgrade is pricey, is it best to do it when u r out there or, are the room nice anyway.
This site is full of great info, I have just fell on it, obviously ive never lived or I work to hard one of the 2. Please Help cheers Judith

Hi Judith!

Glad you like the photos. You will like the Belizia, its a great place to stay .Two things though. I think you would be better if you had a 2 bedroom apartment especially with 2 children. You will need the space and another bedroom comes in handy.Another thing,I just hope the entertainment in the evening is better. In all honesty thats the only thing I had a gripe with.

HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY!

Steve

Thanks Joe,
that would be really good of you.
From what I've read, it sounds really nice.
Some mixed reviews, but the majority of entries are good.
Looking forward to pics.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the info. I will check to see how much xtra it will be to have a 2 bedroom Apt. If it is pricey I will just leave it as I suppose you only sleep in there. Only hope I am central!

I have also thought about this bird flu hope it sorts itself out.
Just can't wait!!!
Cheers JJ

Hi there,
I went to the Belizia in Aug 2004, shortly after the hotel had been modrenised, and we all had a fabulous time. I too had seen this site, and was dubious about going, but am so glad that we did!
The only downfall I found was how steep the complex was, having said that we all arrived home much fitter!!
I have now booked again for Aug, but it looks as if the water slides are not there anymore, has anyone been recently and can confirm this please?
There are still the other pools, but the children had so much fun there, I hope that I am wrong!

Just returned from Club Belizia and would go back again. Had problems with our rooms on arrival, i.e., 4 of us and only 3 beds. Rec do not want to know only way to get sorted is by talking to your club rep. We booked a 1 bed appart, really not big enough for 4 people, yes I know that you only sleep in it but that does mean when one goes to bed you all have to go to bed!!!! If we wanted to upgrade we had to pay 30 Euro extra a day!!!! Anyway we got upgraded to a two bed appt and if we went back we would pay the extra to do that before we go, well worth it. DO NOT GO ON THE BARGAINS GALORE TOUR It is a rip off or even go to the Bodrum gold factory - crooks!!!! Best to use the Dolmos yourself, very easy to use and only 1.5 T. Lira per person. Take lots of English pounds and Euros they are more interested in that money. Ask them to give your a price in all three rates then you can pick which one you like. The water slides are still there but only open between certain times. Staff, apart from two particular receptionists are really friendly, especially Zack and Shadrack behind the pool bar, but watch out for the cocktails they make you, very strong!!!!! Most of all enjoy :0))))
