As far as I knoe all Ford radios do Did you sat from a transit van? Your mail was not clear. Perhaps someone else with more knowledge than me can help with THAT serial number. Perhaps the radi was out of a Transit BUT perhaps it is not a genuine ford radio????? Thanks Paul... Mail me direct if you can it saves me logging in to read pre loved mails ....
Good you now have the Serial number ...But I assume the first number you put as ..o ... was meant to be 0... That is to say Not the letter o but the Number 0 No worries I changed that and found your code....Its 5506. Here is how to enter your code assuming you do not know how... On most radios you do this when you see the word enter code...Press button 1 repeatedly till you get to your first number then press button 2 repeatedly till you get to your second number. Press button 3 repeatedly till you see your third number Press button 4 repeatedly till you get to the fourth number ...Full code 5506. Now press button 5 to ENTER it. Do not get it wrong to many times You get 10 try’s...IF you see the message Lock 10 you are stuffed as 10 attempts will have been tries and you then have to PAY a dealer to sort it. For all those with a tv or a recorder If the thing goes barmy or locks up IE my EPG Electronic Program giide sometimes siezes up And like my computer when it slows down...Just turn OFF and on again Sometimes and in your case I mean OFF at the power in Totally disconect from the power supply Count to 5 Then on again All will reset IF this long shot does not fix it then its busted and not confused. cant hurt to try it.
As you know if you get it wrong 10 times on the run you will get a message lock 10 then you are stuffed. It can be sorted by a dealer but it will cost you. Lock 13 is worse you will have to see a specialist. To enter the code I gave you Press button number 1 several times till you get to the first number of your code... 8 Then press the button 2 several times till you get your second number 6... Then press button 3 several times till you get your third number 2. now press button 4 several times till you get your fourth number 9...Now if your display reads 8629 you press button 5 to enter it.....Job done. You should now get 10 fresh attempts for future cockups as it will reset.

IS.......8962.. To Enter it Press button 1 several times till you get the first number 8 Then press button 2 several times to get the next number the 3 then 4 the same way Press 5 to Store it .. Please reply to see how you got on It will work fine and save you 20 quid at the dealers!! Paul
