hi again,sorry but forgot to ask,where is the best place to but replacement cushions for the avondale olympus perle 5 berth?? prefer the cheaper the better...lol(perhaps a hot water heater too)

Hi,
I have searched the net to try and find this information. I was hoping you might be able to help. My caravan is CI Eccles / Topas/s Chassis Number T79/3066. I have been searching for a new roof light as it has been replaced by a prevous owner with a piece of plastic and silicone. Any information you can give me on this caravan would be a great deal of help as I have nothing at all.

Hi Mark,
Can you help me?I want to know the year of my caravan. It is a Westbrook Statesman Model and the Chassis number is WKO1976W4. I have brought it new in 1999 but the manufactures has told me it was made in 1996 , I need something in paper to prove this but the manufactures will not help with this.

COULD SOMEONE HELP A NEWCOMER TO THE ART OF CARAVANNING?
I have just aquired a 2 berth ABI Ace Diplomat, but I have no idea as to its age. It has plastic windows,there is a control panel on the right,just inside the door, which allows the switching from car battery/ caravan battery/ aux. The serial number on the towbar plate is; 240572A. That is the only number that I can see on the plate apart from the weights, I'm hoping to replace the awning and have been told that I need to know the year of manufacture.

if you have not already been told, you do not need to know the age of your van to replace your awning, all you need is the size, this is determined by measuring, the distance, from the ground at the front of the awning rail, all the way through the awning rail, and onto the ground at the rear, you can do this with a piece of string, then measure the lenth of the string, and bingo, go to your caravan dealer armed with this measurement, and he will be able to supply you with an awning to fit your van!! watch out most awnings are now measured in centimetres

I've just bought an Elddis Cyclone XL. The serial number is NI800035XL. Is this a 1991 as I have been told? Also do you have a manual for it? Finally, it has a couple of quite visible cracks at the front near the pulling handles - is it expensive to get this sort of thing repaired and where should I go? Many thanks in advance.

Hi the number you have there doesnt appear to be an Elddis number? Is it on a plate by the door or etched on the windows? A typical 91 number should read something like 91EL745342. regards, Mark Lewis, http://www.callendercaravans.co.uk

Hi mark, was wondering if you have any info on a van I think made by ABI called a Target 3.90 not so much about age as i know its as old as the hills but weights and a handbook would be excelent if possible.

Hi, I have just purchased a CI sprite major RL. The chassis number is M78/8573. I have been led to believe that it's a 1984 model but based on the chasis prefix i am wondering if it could be as old as 1978. Can you help.

I have the following information about my caravan and would be very grateful if you could tell me the year it was made..
It is an ABI Award Tristar.
The reg plate has the following details:
ABMK2 276173
0 1165 kg 1 75kg
2 951 kg
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Mark. I have recently purchased a 4 berth cosalt clubman GLX 515. I think the serial number might be 40452. It's weight is 947kgs and is approx 15ft long. I would be grateful if you could tell me the year of manufacture.

sorry sir incorrect, the tenth digit of the caravan indicates the year which is "P" 1993

Abbey Warwick 1991 twin axel.
