Hi Barbra send to Mark Lewis, (cheque payable to:) Callender Caravans , Scotland Road, Carnforth, Lancs. LA5 9RF as per the website http://www.callendercaravans.co.uk The tyre pressures depend on which tyres are now fitted. As a rule of thumb reinforced 155/165 are around 35 psi but if they are commercial "C" rated tyres as most vans have fitted nowadays then you are looking at 54psi. Check with your handbook or tyre supplier. Cheers, Mark

I have had trouble finding the age of my Elldis Cyclone caravan, did not know about this site until just recently so hope you can help me. The only "Serial No:" I can find is on a plate by the door which is B41286E with 1020 kg under that. If you want a picture I can send one. Tiggypud

Hi Tiggypud you have a 1985 model Elddis Cyclone which is a bigger caravan than the Tornado model shown here. Your gross? weight of 1020kg sounds high for this model?? Is it a GT? Regards, Mark

Hello Mark I have just bought a Compass Omega 2 berth which I collect tomorrow. How can I get an instruction manual from you? I see from the discussion that you can do this.
I also think it mast be the 350.

Hi MarkThanks for that really appreciate it. Its not a Gt, that is the weight on the plate by the door. Do you have a brochure of this cyclone? if so could I have a copy if not could you suggest somewhere that I could get one. Regards Tiggypud.

Yes I have a 85 brochure/sales leaflet but the weights of that model (not the GT) are 690kg and 855kg so I am somewhat confused.com LOLMaybe you could post a photo to confirm which tree I am barking up please? Cheers, Mark

hi all i am new on here i have recently bought a static van allready sited was told the age when we bought it but since have been told by other van owners on site it seems to be a lot older then we thought we are new to caravans i have found the followig by one of the doors dont no if this will help you age it it is a willerby caravan (leven 38/12 418/207) thanyou

Hi Pam as far as I know they did't make a 38x12. Is it not a 35 or a 37x12 ?

sorry i knew it was a 35 by 12 but this little silver plate was on side of van by back door and that was what it had on plate all though the plate and engraving on it does not look very professional if you know what i mean i have a photo of a van i have just found on net looks same inside as mine only mine has been reupholstered

Hi Pam they made the Leven 35x12 from 1989 to 2004. I have an idea your van will be a 1994 or a 2004 but can't confirm this. Your pictures, particularly if you have renewed the upholstery, give me no clues. A pic of the outside would help but as I concentrate on tourers I would suggest contacting Willerby with your serial number via http://www.willerby.comRegards, Mark
