Hi Greg, should be quite straight forward - haven't done the rear drums but I've done the fronts and looking at the manual they look the same.
There should be be two bolts (one normal and another to allow location on the wheel with a a pin on the bolt head) undo both and the drum should come off. If it's a little tight tap it with a rubber / wooden mallet to free it off (don't hit with a hammer as the drum is cast steel and it may shatter / crack)
Hope this helps,
Scott

HI, STRAIGHT FORWARD JOB, YOU NEED TO UNDO THE FOUR BOLTS AT THE REAR OF THE DRIVE SHAFT FLANGE AND THEN UNDO THE 19MM NUT AND MAKE SURE YOU RENEW THE BOLT, THEN GET A 3 LEGGED HUB PULLER AND ALSO UNDO THE 2 HUB PINS AND VOILA!!
