If you've done vauxhall brakes patricularly astra 'g' then you will be fine, of course they are based on vee-dubs so there just the same as them.

is there any change you know what tools i need for loosening the guide bolts and the discs and what u think is the best way to push the piston back into the caliper?? ........ just push back or loosen the bleed screw. if i loosen the bleed screw will i need to then bleed the whole brake system?

if you just push the pistons back, all of the fluid is gonna go up to the master cylinder and probably overflow.
you can attach a bleed hose to the nipple before you undo it, and this should save you having to bleed the brakes after.
