hi,i have also just bought a 14 ft dejon(my first boat) and i was also wondering if the fibre glass moulded seating areas could be used for storage, also at the very bottom of the seating areas there is a small hole in each one with a rubber type cork inserted. i thought that if i cut the tops out for storage then this would may be sink if it went over or filled up with water. thanks shaun
