Hi Paul you probably have it sorted now but, the usual is for you to approach your existing supplier & ask them to unlock. The problem is they usually want a fee £15.00 plus you lose your existing credit with them. At the moment I am "fighting" with "3" as they have joined with orange & I cannot get orange here. So although they switched without telling me ( or anybody else) they want the above fee plus as I say I lose my credit "as they have no facility to transfer"..I ask you.. On the other hand you may get a 'phone/computer buff on the High St., who will do it for less....good luck.

5 simple steps...

1:put in a sim card of an operator that wont work
2:incorrect sim error comes up
3:type*#9998*3323#
4:now you should be able to get into a menu and in there select option 7
5:restart your phone!
=)
