Thats so sad. Lots of luck with your other kitty cat. One of mine suffers with colds/flu symptons, its never quite got to feline flu, but he can still be pretty ill, sticky eyes, sneezing and generally unwellness. If you feed mainly dry try some tinned cat food, its got more water in to keep them hydrated, nothing worse than getting a cat to drink. You say that they shared bowls, be careful on that and wash really well after every meal, its very contagious. I tend to feed mine separately when Claude is ill and usually on paper so that I can throw it away. Fingers crossed for Sat morn.

Hey thanks Laney,

Since Jade's been on the antibiotics her p#*'s have been sloopy and very smelly, the drugs comin out i guess.
She's also had the third eye, which tells us cat owners they are not well,

But that has cleared up since, and she is happy playing with my 8 month old cat Page. (page had vac against luk)

Although the symtoms are clearing up, she may still die < i hate that word) from the diesese, will take over jst like Jazz.

Im angry as i jst thought this Kitten had been badly abused and attacked and under fed. my vet didn't tel me to keep her away from my other cats.

Ive since changed my vet, although the blood test in the morning is goin to cost 60 odd pound, rip off, but they have you excatly where they want you.

Jade drinks fine, she loves cat milk, she cntquite work out water, once she's spent over 10 minutes splashing it about and getting covered then she'll drink it lol.

Thanks for talking to me.
x

Hey there, just to let you know..

All the praying must have paid off.

She was negative for FIP and FIV, but that doesn't mean she might not still get it, as it was only 3 weeks today since Jazz died. so Jade might still contract the disease after 13 weeks as that is how long it takes to kick in.

But im hoping she was strong enough and only picked up the poo's from the tray etc.

Which is what the vet said.

So for now my beautiful cat, is well and healthy.

Thanks all for your concern.

Here's a recent picture of Jade xxx

hi there aww missy is a wee cutey pie so cheeky looking!,i think vets are the only people that do the docking its againts the law for anyone to do it, am shure if you typed it in google youn would find a site on there that tell you more.
and i think it can only be the breed to like boxers spaniels and wee jacks that are allowed now to be done.
mybe i am wrong mybe someone that knows better will tell you.
but she's a cutey pie alright.

take care xx be happyxx

Hi everyone.

Here is a photo of 2 of my pets. I have 3 dogs - Ice, 7 yr old German Shepherd, Taz, 4 yr old Boxer and Boss, 2 1/2 yr old Bulldog. I also have Jackers (or Jacks as he is now known), a 1 year old Blue and Gold Macaw. I would love more pets but hubby is not too keen!!! Hope you like the piccy of Jacks with Boss!! They love each other and the other dogs are great with Jacks, too. Think the large beak makes them wary.

I would love a Hyacinth macaw, too but they cost about 9,000 euros!! That is, if you can find one!! They are also the most destructive but the most gentle of all macaws. If I win the EuroLottery this week (130 million euros) I will buy one for you (hahahaha)

Docking can still be carried out only by certain vets, although i myself would say no to this proceedure as its not very fair to the poor animal, its very painful i belive i have a lovely cocker spaniel and he has a lovely long tail looks good to.

Hi Louise thanks she does have a pedigree name too which is Sapphire Blizzard Storm we have her family tree that goes right back 6 generations & her grandfather was a crufts champion. The only little problem we have with her is that she loves rolling about in mud & grass & being pure white she gets very dirty!!!!!!!!
I only have one Giant rabbit called King and he is my house rabbit, but if i do get one that needs a home i will let you know.
Below is a photo of King he weighs 9kg and loves savoy cabbage but will not eat carrotts. The cats are scared of him but he is really friendly
