Ken - if you are still monitoring this discussion the 2S4V sounds like a panel made by Symphony Systems of Hereford who to the best of my knowledge no longer exist, so you may struggle to get any manual.
For other zig manuals ( Andy is doing a sterling job on the CF9) goto
http://www.freewebs.com/12voltsdc select Zig Manuals page and you will find links to the most common Zig manuals in pdf format.

Thanks

Simple, ring Zig Electronic Ltd 01527 556715 or e-mail [Log in to view email] I have recently purchased a new replacement from them and it is excellent, not a bad price considering either. They are very helpful simply explain what you already have and they will suggest the best replacement. I had a DCU/3 and upgraded with a X70 without changing the layout or making any new holes.

best of luck,
Tony

hi ive got one but cant scan it for you im afraid if all elase fails ill photocopy and send it to you.
However i got mine by simply asking zig for it they responeded with a full copy in 5 working days just go to their site and fill in the request form tell them the model etc and your name and address they are really helpfull that way.
They should be commended for their after sales service 100% without a doubt by the way it is free of charge also, so can't be bad.
Hope that helps you out bud.
Happy caravanning when you get it sorted out

What Zig charger do you have? I have drawings for the old DCU/3 and the new Zig CPX7. My van is the Symphony for which I have overall drawings covering the wiring but I do not know how it compares with your model.

Hi there I noticed a while back you had a copy of instructions for CF5 zig unit. My 1980 T25 viking has this unit and i'm trying to fix her up.
Is there anyway you could email a scanned copy?
If not I'll gladly send you a bag of donuts and a SAE for a hard copy!!!
Kind regards, Angus

Greetings All,
New member to this Site but read it for ages.
I've looked through this thread and need a wiring diagram for the Zig CF7 unit. I wrote for one, but as others have said just received an installation diagram.
The "12V" has gone faulty and I see people mentioning replacing a Resistor, so any help appreciated.

Hi everyone, just joined this tread so here goes. There have been a lot of people asking for the Symphony Systems 2S4V and 2S4VT Converter/Charger. As Barry said on 27th June, Symphony no longer exist, but I have been trying to find a fuse holder, because when I got my Swift Coronette many years ago it was missing. Does anyone have a spare fuse holder for the 2S4V? In return I can offer a copy of the full users manaul with all the tech specs and a full wiring diagram! Incidentally the resistor everyone is on about is a 0.25 ohm 25Watt in the type A and C.

Clive

Clive - is it the standard grey fuse holder that you are after ? IE the fuse fits into this and then the whole item then fits into the control panel - normally held by a 90 degree turn with a screwdriver ? or are you after the whole unit - IE grey fuse holder and the back unit that it fits into - pls clarify?

Thanks

Hi Barry, It is the former, the fuse/grey fuse holder (90 deg turn) that fits into the Panel. I need just the one and have looked everywhere. Obviousl y the fuse is standard, but the holder is not. Why, have you got one?
