as i suspected he not declaring my old property to tax man.e is now living there and trying to proof to tax man that he only owned it 4 last 6 months,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,cant wait till monday so then i can make some calls to .............................yes the tax man,yippee
