1)there are two pipes coming out of the carburetor which i have have no idea were they go or are they just over flow pipes? 2)there is a green wire in the battery places which connection do we put it to + -? 3)the fuel meter dosent work is there anything they we have to conect to make it work 4) how do you derestrict the bike regards
