Gilera DNA 50 Performance

Gilera DNA 50 Performance

Had my bike since new, was de-restricted and could get 55mph on the flat. Now 10 months later and after being stolen and recovered performance varies sometimes better than others, but can never get 55. Doesn't seem to be linked to temperature or dry/wet.
Anyone got any ideas?
