Have you tried upholstery cleaner for a car. It is quite cheap and should do the job. Alternatively use some cheap shaving foam (not gel), rub it in and leave it to dry, then hoover it off. It worked on a dirty oily footmark on the passenger seat of my jag which is half beige material. It also works on carpet stains
