I have an 04 CMAX with 6000CD radio fitted. Flattened my battery this week and since then only get a very low volume on radio and CD (bearly audible). Tried inputting audio code and VIN to no avail and changed both the 10 and 15 Amp audio fuses. Any ideas before I take the front console apart?

try disconnecting battery again and re-entering code but leave it disconnected for minimuim 1 hr.

Bas,

Thanks tried today but still the same. I may buy some removal tools and see if a cable is loose at the back. There is no reset on this radio is there?

does it have a removable panel ? if it does. would be worth cleaning the terminals up. dont know about reset just look for a small hole as you prob know normally behind face of panel ?
