HiMy battery on the Ford Mondeo was disconnected. As a result my stereo is not working as I dont have the code for it. Can anyone help ? Its a 6000cd rds eon - M032620. Thank you

yea ive tried 7128 it states that on my manual. but ive did it 4 times and it just goes to 30 minutes again. ill try the other 1 thanks

vicky, the other one was not for u (read the name). urs is 7128. do u type it carefully? and see exactly these numbers before u press "5"? where did u take the serial? on the radio or from the manual? may it is wrong serial.. or may be the radio had been decoded - than sorry, go to some service to do that again...

yea what happened was my engine went dead for some reason then all worked so cd player asked for code. this code 7128 is on the sticker in my folder and its in the audio manual. but i did read somthing saying it has to be flashing before i enter the code. not sure but will try again. thanks very much anyway

vicky, check the serial on the radio (take it out and look), cos may be u have the manual with the wrong number

vicky you need to take out the unit and post the serial number its likley that the unit has been changed perhaps faulty and done under warrenty
