Hi! my water tank reservoir keeps boiling and overflows out of cap valve the fan kicks in and the boiling stops. There does not seem to be any goo on my oil stick or oil cap can anyone help

there are dozens of letters like yours on this subject. have you done anything to the vehicle recently?
it could be an air lock, or a faulty cap, and there are a lot of posts on a sticking ball-bearing in the inlet manifold.
also, a head gasket can go between the cylinder and the oil holes, so you won't always see the oil and water mixing.
i would advise reading the previous posts on this first.

Thankyou I will check your suggestions and look on the forum board I didn't realise there was a bearing in the 414 series
