can you hear the pump run, if so it may need priming, or maybe the wires are the wrong way round. Check for power using a meter or any 12v lamp. if no power the problem may be a broken wire, but not obvious as the insulation may be holding the connector on

When you removed the pump, do you just unplug or did disconnect the wiring? What type of pump Whale or Carver. Is it a submerible system? If you have microswitch taps they will make the circuit power to the pump when opened. The fuse if there is one w,ill be near the distribution panel by an isolationing switch try wardrobe or under seat locker. Ian

As its a soft touch system and all lights are working, and assuming nothing was electronically damaged when you disconnected the pump, it may have lost itself. I suggest you disconnect the battery power from the van, then reconnect, check you have no battery back ups, also check you have the code if your van radio/CD requires a code before removing the battery lead. If this doesn't work, its back to the agent or ring up Carver Ian
