Ive changed the plug renewed the auto choke stripped the carb and cleaned checked the diaphram and all seems ok Ive come to a dead end anyone with Ideas Paul

if so, try a standard jet and see what that is like, try screwing the mixture back down too thats all i can think of :/

once it is running then rev it up on the stand and slowly apply the brake until the wheel stops, if it is still revving wuite high then the mixture is too high. wind that down a little, and it should come down, repeat the process until it comes back to tickover
