not sure this is the right forum to ask this but.................

anyone gotta tomtom?? ive a problem with mine. i turn it on and its still on the previous journey. i select a new destination, it goes thru its mappin thing then once again just goes back to the previous journey again.. anyone know why??

Depending on which tomtom unit is but go through the menu and select "Clear Route" and see if that does the trick.

If its the same as my Go then there may also be a setting for the start up preferences.

there is a reset button on the bottom of the tom tom,,it is a tiny hole that you push a straightened paper clip into. Reset the unit and it will return to the original factory condition. Bear in mind that you will lose any saved map destinations and favourites.
