Fiat Punto HELP

The front windscreen wipers dont work, but the back one does. I just bought it and dont have a manual... Im assuming its a fuse, but where is the fuse box??? and how can i tell which fuse is for the wipers and how can i tell if its blown?? How much will it cost to fix? Thank you
Most blade fuses are pretty universal to check if it`s blown take it out, & if it`s the see through type you will see the thin metal band is a gonner, If it`s the solid plastic type there`s a small slit so you can do the same, ALWAY`S use a fuse of the same value, as using a more powerful one will melt your wiring, or set your car alight If it has to blow again, & that not a false economy
