rear door lock (handle)

anyone out there know were i can get a rear door drivers side handle from, bought one and had the wrong fitting on i need a fitting on the right of the handle and not the left, going mad cannot open the back doors, ford want £35 for a piece of plastic, been onto breakers, no response, escort van 75 1.8 diesel 1996 desperate?

you could try one or both of these do a google search for "findapart" and/or "breakerlink" go to there web site's, then you enter your vehicle details, what part you want, and your details, this is a free service, any breaker with the part you want will contact you via email or phone, with a price delivered to you, tommy
