neighbour is complaining down stairs about noise. any ideas what is wrong ? please is 3 years old

It sounds like the fan in the boiler is on the way out or it could be something simple like the casing is vibrating. Get someone who knows what they are doing to have a look at it. This is not a DIY job unless you are a heating engineer or highly skilled. grapler

i phoned Worchester/ Bosch and may be best to get one of their engineers at £220 per service. £280 if heat exchangers they said.
