I have three ckc girls they are such adorable breed . They are sooooooooo effectionate. They don't have any aggression in them at all. I would say they are the perfect dog to have around children

hey i have a tri girl shes 16months now and i agree i find them as the perfect breed. such fussy yet playful lapdogs =D

hi yes thay are the most addorable dog lovely nature beautiful big eyes the only problem i find with this breed thay are prone to heart problems i have had five in the past and had that trouble with most of them but i loved them all make exellent pets and are good with little children

hey ye theyre are prone to problems with their eyes ears, diabetes, obesity and heart problems but with a good breeder and god diet can usually control it.. im sorry you cavvies had heart problems was it hereditory. i bet all their love made it worth it though aye

yes thay do have a few more problems but it was worth it i lived mine but after the last one katy who died in my arms she was 8 and it broke my heart so i wont have another i now have two little crosses yorky x cairn and yorky x shizoo thay are lovely i have had them 6 years now but when i see a cavaleer i still want one but i wont get another

ye im the same my monkey died in my arms. lay down how a baby lays in your arm clenching my finger and staring in my eyes as his body went into sock. i didnt feel anything at the time. just numb and histerics for the vet to resussitate him. it was no good and i know i will never be able to own another marmoset now because if i see one i breakdown lol i know that sounds stupid but maybe ill be able to look at them without crying in time it was embarrasing at the zoo lol. maybe one day in many many mnay years ill be able to own another or 2 and maybe way way way in your future you will own a cavie. right now its too raw though aye

aw thats so sad he looks so cute and luvable so u been thru it too i no i wont get another cav tho my daughter had one it was 7 only 3 years ago that died of heart attack the vet told me did i no more than him and sed it was not her hart and he was goin to treat her i new he was wrong cos i no the symtums she died at the vet of heart attack 20 min later he told me i was rite wen i went back for her so it just shows thay not always rite .how old was the mamosat and how long can thay live never seen one only on tv

ye my vet is a good vet but the lady i saw when he was on holiday knew nothing. she couldnt even clip claws she made 2 of my dogs claws bleed like crazy then didnt know how to freeze it. the receptionist ended up putting the freeze block on.. im so pleased my vet is good though. im so sorry about the dog. it sux that they can be so wrong and they will still charge you even though its there fault...
ye it doesnt feel like ill ever be able to face a monkey either i just have to try stay positive or there wouldnt be any point aye
mckenzie died at just 5months old. i think thats the worst bit coz he was just a baby. i know it wasnt my fault even the vet said these things happen to anyone wether it be a pet or a child we cant help fate.. well fate sucks and sometimes i cant help feeling i couldda stopped it but oh well erm well they can live..20-30yrs
here he is...he loved to give me monkey kisses... id say kenzo kisses and this is what he did.

it makes me cry he was only a baby yes i no it happens in life but i find thay are so helpless when thay are poorly and u put them into a strangers hands hoping thay goin to make it but i have learnt over the years and can now almost tell wen the time has come without the vet helpin and charging the earth but so sad about the baby monky but time heals and memoris stay forever dont thay one of my dogs photo this is tandyroony

AWWW boo hooo am all jelous of yous! :(
hehe no honist i love cavvys they are on my wish list i love them they are so cute and great natured :)
I did get on about 3 years ago just a puppy 13 weeks old he was but to cut a long story short he died of heart faliure i was gutted!.
but one day i will get one again mark my words!..:P
i have 2 collies and 2 chihuahua's and mybe 2 cavys..lol

hehe scosh.. im jelous of you ... i want a collie :P i used to have one years ago. she was being abused and we wanted to give her a second chance in life. she was the best dog ever but i was only 11 and i couldnt stop mum when i was in school she rehomed her.. my aunty actually asked can she take her for a walk and sold her what a bitch.. ive hated her since lol
that dogs name was becky...like meee hehe no i didnt give it the same name as me she already had that name when we got her lol

awww how cute. i want to rescue a collie but my eldest(pip) wont allow a dog in the house only pups and mum will only let me have a small dog so im getting my perfect little cheeky chi....one day maybe pip will let me rescue a collie pup. well see though aye

yep my girl isnt kc reg but i dont care about that neither is my cavie...my chihuahua is costing £850 (the most expensive dog ive ever bought not pet but dog lol) but she will be worth any pet i know that from how excited i am lol
