My current sytem is a compaq, running on vista, dual core 4.4ghz. 3gb memory the NORTON 360 antivirus is the best, I would recomend it to all. it keeps me safe online running and scanning all the time. Brilliant.

Must have improved it then because the 04, 05 & 06 versions were not so good I had nothing but problems with it and know 3 other people with similar problems.

I must admit i have run norton atvirus to, but norton this year i tried the norton 360. it is far superior compared to the normal antivirus packages.

I'd agree with you on the Norton 360 package. I've used Norton a few years back and swore I'd never use it again because of all the hang ups, blue screens and general problems it caused.

But, recently had to go onto Windows Vista (which i'm not at all fond off) and it came with Nortons as part of the deal.

So far it's worked faultlessly, easy to use and a doddle to update. Seems Norton have done some work over the years and come up with a decent full protection package at last.

Hmmm will bear it in mind but like most products and companies in life if you have a bad experience you tend to steer clear of them and even if they finally get there act/product right it's hard to trust it/them again.
I've been using Kaspersky for a while and I find it a gem to use compared to the old Norton internet security etc.
