Hi check that you have not got to much of everthing,as it might be clashing.
If you know how to,when you install a new program,it likes to "post details" in the start up menu,can have competiton,all trying to start at once.
Extra ram will help,google into 'Kingston Ram' thiere webpage,will tell you,what your computer needs

hi yes i no what you mean i run trend micro, and it seems to do a good job and msconfig only two programs starting ?
