I accidentially put power-steering fluid into my engine coolant. I managed to drain about 3/4 of what I put in. I then rinsed the reservoir with water. I think I got most of what was left out. What should I do now?

Refill it with water & anti freeze, as long as the hypoid fluid never entered the radiator your ok, if it did then according to you it never entered the rad just the overflow tank/reservoir you`ll be fine.
