not a 100% but i think you put the ignition on and hold the button in the the end of the wiper stalk untill a message comes on the display saying auto wipers deactivated. the suspension fault will probably be the spheres starting to fail.

Hi, I had my automatic wiping disabled last tuesday (02 c5 2.2hdi estate) by Barkers citroen at Malton North Yorkshire, they said that sometimes when they do it some cars lose the intermittent wiping but luckily mine hasn`t.they reset my additive ecu ,cleared fault codes and disabled the wipers and only charged £35, a very helpful dealer for a change. :-)

What Ian posted certainly works on some of the Peugeots as regards the auto lights. These autolights on cars are way too sensitive and a waste of bulb life in my opinion. I think you can get the sensitivity adjusted though but not sure about the c5.

hi lb, have disabled the auto lights on, by pushing the button on light stalk, ign on and headlights on. it solves that problem. still no further with wipers though,
