Powermax Boiler 140 / 155 Locked Out

Looks like many of you have had issues similar to mine, just wondered if anyone has a fix before I shell out for a plumber. I have a PowerMax 140 or 155, just got back from hols to no hot water / heating. The locked out light comes on, tried a reset using the minus and enter button but to no avail. Any ideas appreciated, I have had the front cover off as another forum suggests resetting the 2 red buttons but I cannot locate these? thanks in advance Pete
