IMI Powermax 155 Boiler

Hi hope Sean can help. Boiler is leaking from compression joints around top C/H circulation pump on FLOW side. Have turned cold supply off to isolate it and drained small amount of water from drain valve as a precaution as I thought it may be over pressurised! Also small leak from the mixer valve for hot supply when the black plastic cap is twiddled. Boiler about 9 years old and has been "rumbling" when it first fires but then quiets.
