Zig X-7 charger

I have a zig X-7 charger on my motorhome which has recently stopped charging the new battery. The charging light does not come on, although the charger is warm, indicating that power is still getting to the charger. What is the likely cause? If faulty, are these chargers repairable, or would it be better getting a replacement? What replacement would provide a suitable alternative. Can someone assist me please.

Some 'vans have a 20amp 12V fuse immediately next to the battery compartment, and also some have a small fuse usually 7.5amp going to the charger. HTH
