D turbo hdi- Bilstein front struts?

hi there, i was led to believe that d-turbo hdi`s had bilstein suspension as standard, can anyone tell me if that is true as i need to replace front struts and i don`t know whether to go for cheap replacements or buy genuine bilstein replacements... be grateful for any advice
