My Boxer Bitch is 5 Weeks pregnant with her first litter!

they are just over 5 weeks old... will be 6 weeks this coming thursday. Mia weighed 26.5 kilos before her pups... Otto is currently 22.6 kilos at 6 months should be heavier around 32 + kilos. He has huge paws and Dibrid think he will be big like his daddy! Zach and Josh's dad was 38 kilos!!!!!!!!

The ultrasound sounds good, I will take her to the vet around the 3 weeks stage and see what they say. They were telling me stuff when we taken her to the vet to get checked over and heart tested etc but i can't for the life of me remember what they had said. A photo would have been nice, a we keep sake I'm slowly getting a few idea's from looking at previous posts but still would'nt be sure. I live in Edinburgh
id love a big dog.. i want a unuit but my mum is scared of big dogs so on my wishlist in this order is .... collie ect my list in endless all i need is the house to put them in LOL
sorry its taken me so long to reply.. I have not been on line.. There really was not much noticeable difference in Mia by the time we had her scanned.. Athough saying that her back end stayed swollen after finishing her season and did not return to normal!! She also had an increase in vaginal discharge (not coloured or smelly). I think she may have possibly broadened across her waist... but we were still is she isn't she when we had her scanned... I have attached a pic of her just after we had her pregnancy confirmed... I don't think she really looks any different than before!!!!

Pups are getting really bi and are into everthing... favorite pastime at the moment is hanging off Otto's Jowels.... poor lad... He is fantastic with the pups and they love him to bits... think that poor Mia feels a bit left out!!! Pups are going to their new homes on the 2nd and 3rd October!!! Will be very strange with out them! Mia is still bleeding, vets are not overly concerned but are going to check her over again when the puppies have their vaccone on the 29th of September.. she may have to be spayed.. Obviously if that is what is best for her then will gladly have it done!! How's your dog... Sorry can't remember her name... must be the sleep deprevation LOL x x

Its unbelievable watching them wriggle about!!! Feeling them move is awesome!! Just put my two pups to bed... they had other ideas and thought that it was better fun tearing around outside lol... Such a handful and I only have 2!!!! If Mia had had an average litter of 6 I think I would have been comitted by now LOL... How is Angel... is she ok and eating well?

I am really excited for him as I know that he is going to a fantastic family who are going to love and cherish him! Dreading it though lol

suki is a yr old now and weighs in at almost 60 kgs and still not full grown arghh thats 7 kgs heavier than me !!!!!!!!!! i love boxers they so loopy and funny
I think he is beautiful but biased!!!! I love boxers too but yep they are loopey!!!!
