i love galahs they so pretty thought i had one of them coming in last week but the owner kept it which was nice really its easy to put them on if you have a digi cam or like me a mobile phone with a good cam

Lucky you expecting a macaw. Maybe when I get my huge animal sanctuary in the country eh? It's fun to dream. I will persevere with the camera thing, surely it can't be that hard (can it?)

its not difficult no you load use either the memory card if it has one or a data cable plug it in to the pc and follow what it tells you to do :0)

do. Spose you see your fair share of bad cases but I bet you get great rewards when they pull through? My menagerie is currently at 27 residents but the cottage is soooo tiny that space is running out or I'd take in loads more! I am to computers what a goldfish is to ski jumping but keep watching the forum, I'll get there.

must have a strong character but if she gets to vet the people who are adopting, i'm sure she weeds out the crazies, she's probably developed a sixth sense about people. By the way, you did get the parrot joke right!

i only homecheck if the would be member lives in my area if not someone else does it we weed out the crazies with a very indepth questionaire before they even get to the homecheck i have a foster bird here that looks like she,ll stay as no one wants a bald alexadrine and i,have had her so long now she,s really happy and settled with my lot and eating my nets pfft but at least she,s getting some feathers back now even if my nets look balder than her now hehe you have to be strong to rescue as some of the animals are in awful condition and all you want to do is kill the owners that did it but you have to smile sweetly and be nice argh

about wanting to throttle these evil people or at least give them a taste of their own medicine! Alexandrines are cute little poppets even though they look to me like their beaks are too big for their body. We saw a smallholding a coupla weeks ago, 17 acres 4 bed farmhouse, perfect for a rescue sanctuary. I was all for selling the cottage there and then 'til we looked up the price on the net. Over 1 million! So we won't be moving just yet! 'Spose someone out there can afford it. Look on the bright side about your nets... if they're now strings they'll be quicker to wash! :)
