Vivacity 650 O/B motor recommendations

I am considering buying a V650 (in the advert it is called a V22). It does not have a motor and I am having difficulty finding info on what HP I should look into buying for it, should I actually purchase it. The owner had a 9.9 on it and said it was too much motor for the boat and I am concerned about putting too much weight on the stern, I have seen some comments on the weight of the motor allowing only 2 people in the cockpit due to the weight of the motor.... is this true and any suggestions on what motor will be suitable? Also, how easy is it to pull the V out of the water on to a trailer? I wish to get the boat out via the trailer at seasons end and store myself, to keep operation costs down.
