hi the only excercise i do is walking the dog!!!!! i eat choc and crisps every day of the week!!!!! i just choose lower calorie options, I eat big meals and am never hungry. god i love weight watchers!!!
Grr thats not fair! I eat hardly anything, was anorexic as a teen but now you wouldnt think so, although i still struggle with meals!! I am chubby, and yet i dont eat much at all. Im sure if i ate as much as weightwatchers allows i'd be huge! I also do yoga and walking every day yet cant lose any weight - really annoys me!!
I have to be honest when i started i was convinced that it wouldnt work. But in the first week i lost 6 1/2 pounds!! it then came of a little at a time. I eat a lot at breakfast and then a small dinner and a bigger tea. Im always hungry in the mornings but not so much at lunch. Eating less can sometimes backfire as your body then stores what you eat just in case you dont feed it again. Ive switched some of the things i eat to lower calorie alternatives like nimble bread as thats low points and pink n white wafers instead of biscuits. i treat myself to weightwatchers chocolate. ive actually doubled what i eat at brekkie as its stopped me picking all morning. janine
