Can anybody help,Is anybody out there,that can speak Italian and can help with a phone call to Italy.All expences paid.Problem when wife and I on holiday.Italy in June,I purchased a pair of earings from Lapis,well known jewellers and the wife has lost one and I was after a replacement or another pair of earings.Did phone twice,but difficult trying speak to an English speaking person and I only know basic phases.Did send 2 emails via there head office in Turkey,quoting details,no reply.So I do not know if they can help or not
